Through a process of assessment, career exploration, training, support and job search, Career T.R.A.C.K. is able to assist individuals who have suffered a job loss.

Career T.R.A.C.K.'s success comes from the individualized attention each individual receives. No two people are alike, and no two situations are alike. That's why the Career T.R.A.C.K. team works to form a plan of action with the specific individual in mind.

That plan could include classroom training, on-the-job training, a combination of the two or a variety of other activities. Once the individual completes the plan of action, Career T.R.A.C.K. then helps with job placement.

In order to assist each individual, we need to get to know them better. The process begins with an initial interview and planning session. Each individual will undergo a comprehensive assessment to determine a plan of action. Career T.R.A.C.K. uses a Learning Lab, where its Case Management team utilizes information from the assessment, ensuring that each individual gets the proper direction.

Title I services are sub-contracted to Career T.R.A.C.K., Inc. of Armstrong, Butler, and Indiana Counties through the Tri-County Workforce Investment Board, Inc. The Title I services include Core, Intensive, and Training services.
